Everbrain ("the app") is published by PeakLoop Yazılım Anonim Şirketi ("PeakLoop", "we", "us"), a company registered in Türkiye. This policy explains what the app collects, why, and the choices you have. Questions: [email protected].
In short
- There is no account and no sign-in. We never ask for your name.
- Your checkup results stay on your device. We never receive your scores or result levels.
- The app has no ads, does not track you across other companies' apps and websites, and does not use your device's advertising identifier.
- We do not sell your data.
- We use a few service providers to understand how the app is used, fix crashes, handle subscriptions and receive the feedback you send.
What stays on your device
These stay in the app's storage on your device and are not sent to us:
- Your checkup results: total score, the six area scores, the result level, the date and your age range.
- The answers you give while taking a checkup.
- Your game history (each session's score, accuracy and duration), daily progress and streak, and game levels.
- The concerns and goals you choose during setup.
Deleting the app deletes this data. Nothing is synced between devices. One small marker that records that the free game has been used is kept in the device's keychain and stays after the app is deleted, so the free game can't be restarted by reinstalling. It contains no personal information.
If you tap Share on a checkup result, the text you share goes wherever you choose to send it.
What we collect
How the app is used. We use Google Firebase Analytics and Mixpanel to see which features are used and where the app can be improved. They receive:
- Actions in the app, such as opening a screen, starting or finishing onboarding, starting or finishing a game (with the game's score, accuracy, duration and level), taking part in a checkup (only that you started, completed or left it, never your answers or results), viewing the subscription screen, and starting, completing or cancelling a purchase.
- The choices you make during setup: who the app is for (yourself, a loved one, or as a caregiver), your age range, and your daily practice time.
